Pick one: You either make it big or you burn your cash

Hello Distinct. Trust you are doing great.

What I am about to share with you is a typical example of "This life no balance at all" because how do I explain that while two people are cashing out big, someone else lost his money to fraudsters in real estate?

So here is the gist

One of the billionaires in Nigeria today has four different real estate companies and he only has just 7 companies. So, it means that 60% of his investment is in real estate.

The other guy made a profit that is twice the price he bought a landed property in just one year.

But you see the last guy

He lost money and is busy spending time to get those that frauded him. Eventually, EFCC got those guys but will they be able to pay the money? How soon?

What's the difference between the three of them?

The two were able to successfully invest in real estate properties that are legit and valuable.

If you are going to invest in real estate, please be ready to do due diligence before making payment. It will save you time, money and stress. I can't be in the shoe of the third guy because I wonder about the emotional damage it must have caused him. How about the time and money he will spend to get those people?

So why go through this?

His biggest mistake is that he only contacted a surveyor after he had made payment. That was supposed to be his first move amongst others.
